Bay State Council of Divers
Who are they and what do they do?
The Bay State Council of Divers, Inc. (commonly known as the BSC) was founded in 1969 to represent the organized divers in Massachusetts. The Bay State Council of Divers is a member of the Underwater Society of America which is composed of other dive councils, clubs and independent divers throughout North America.
The Bay State Council of Divers, which is managed by a Board of Directors, meets approximately four times a year. The Bay State Council of Divers membership is made up of over 700 individual divers, clubs, dive shop owners, charter boat captains, scuba instructors and other interested persons throughout the state. These guys protect your rights to dive anywhere in Massachusetts!
