The Old submerged pier at Isles of Shoals. can make an excellent dive with plenty of marine life to look at.

It is located on the west side of Appledore Island, approximately in the center of the island. Depths in the area are 35' at mid tide.

Marine life is plentiful with good photo opportunities. Lots of large lobsters with many different species of fish.

Hazards/dangers - Some tight spaces but you can go around the outside of the structure if you feel uncomfortable.

The maximum depth in the dive site area is 45 feet.

This site is good for - Beginners, Intermediates, Photography, Lobster diving, Scuba Classes

Launch Boat from mainland. No direct access to island.
