SHORE DIVE

Nubble Light in Maine offers a great shore dive that is very popular on weekends. Situated on a peninsula that juts out from the shore, the site offers two distinct areas: The first is the Protected Cove Side. Often used for open water certification dives. The other location is the open ocean side of the peninsula. It drops to 40 feet of depth and alternates from sandy bottom to rocky reefs and back again.

There is no diving on Sundays or Holidays. There are restrooms and picnic areas for the family.

Remember! No lobster diving in Maine.
